Parking is available at the Park\, as well as off Lowden Point Road\, just north of the Lake Ontario State Parkway.\n\n \n\n Distance: 3 miles\n\n \n\n Difficulty: Moderate with wood chip surfacing throughout the trail.\n\n \n\n Features: This unique trail includes scenic views from old growth trees to marsh lands. Excellent for hiking\, cross-country skiing\, and bird watching.
