2025 Youth Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
Celebrating the accomplishments of remarkable young people!  
 
This year, the Greece Regional Chamber of Commerce will be celebrating the 35th Annual Youth Hall of Fame Awards. Induction into the Youth Hall of Fame is an annual award that honors outstanding 11th and 12th grade students. This program provides an opportunity to recognize young people who have demonstrated exceptional personal growth and development through their outstanding achievements and contributions to the community and their peers. Being nominated to receive this award carries great meaning to the nominees and their families.

By invitation only
Time:  5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Location:  Bryant & Stratton College - Greece Campus

Event is by invitation only for Inductees and 2-3 family members.
Registration in advance is required to attend as seating is limited.

The Youth Hall of Fame is a Greece Regional Chamber of Commerce initiative with key support from the regional business community, area schools, and local government officials.  


Nominations are now closed for this year.
The 2025 inductees will be announced mid-spring.
 

NOMINATION CRITERIA
 

To be eligible, candidates should be in 11th or 12th grade and can attend any area public, private, parochial or charter school.
One or more of the following qualities are desirable in Hall of Fame candidates: 
-an exceptional volunteer -or-
-an outstanding employee -or-
-one who has given service to the community or other peers -or-
-one who has coped with a life challenge - physical, social, or mental (Parental/Guardian permission required) -or-
-one who has overcome a personal tragedy (parental/guardian permission required) 



How are they selected?
A committee comprised of representatives from the Greece Regional Chamber of Commerce, including regional businesses and area school representatives, will review nominations and make selections based on the award criteria.  The 2025 inductees will be announced late spring.
 

Who may nominate candidates?
We depend almost entirely on nominations from high school teachers, counselors and administrators, area businesses and residents, community youth agencies, and service organizations.  It is your observation and initiative that result in individual being inducted into the Hall of Fame.
