We will be teaming up with the RAC's expert instructors for a special event that includes yoga, meditation and painting! Please join us for an evening of wellness as we practice centering our minds with yoga and tapping into our creativity with painting!

This event is for women and men. Ages 14+ and up are welcome. This is an alcohol- free event. Please do not bring alcohol of any kind into the RAC. 

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED: Payment is required to guarantee your reservation. If you cannot pay online, please call the studio during office hours (12-5 T-Th) 585-623-8979. We plan staffing and supplies accordingly, and we will not be able to accept walk-ins. A successful reservation receives a confirmation email immediately.

Monthly GRC WIN events are a fun and casual night of networking focused on women's issues and interests.

Open to all; anyone who is interested in women's issues.
