Join Naturalist Nellie Gardner, owner of Flower Fields and Horticulturalist for the FLW Darwin Martin House, for a 1½ hour hike through the trails of this unique Park in the Town of Greece. You will see the many successional growth stages and identify the associated trees and plants as this land went from a farm to a park. Sections of stone fence weave their way through the woods and massive old hedgerow trees delineate where fields once were. Learn ecology, history and winter tree ID as you enjoy this beautiful park in your back yard!

 

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour to sign in.
