Nominations Deadline: 35th Annual Community Awards Presented by M&T Bank

The Greece Regional Chamber of Commerce along with Presenting Sponsor M&T Bank, will be celebrating the 35^th Annual Community Awards. 

Each year, the Greece Regional Chamber of Commerce recognizes exceptional individuals, business people, and organizations whose business and volunteer activities demonstrate significant contributions to our community. All nominations are considerations and the Greece Regional Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to not give awards in all categories.

BUSINESS PERSON OF THE YEAR
Presented to a business person for investment of personal and professional leadership, broad-based community involvement and success in business
 
FIRST RESPONDER OF THE YEAR
Presented to a first responder whose outstanding contributions have served to support and protect our community and residents
 
GIRLIE GOODWIN CITIZEN OF THE YEAR
Presented to an individual whose service has inspired others through personal contributions to our community and organizations served
 
WILLIAM E. SELKE SENIOR CITIZEN OF THE YEAR
Presented to a senior citizen whose generous gift of time and energy enriches the lives of others in the community
 
YOUNG PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR
Presented to a young professional for investment of personal and professional leadership, and broad-based community involvement
 
ARTS & CULTURE AWARD
Presented to an individual, organization or project that enhances, promotes or supports arts and culture in our community
 
BUILDING AWARD (NEW & EXISTING)
Presented to a newly constructed or renovated building, or a business whose creative and ongoing efforts produce curb appeal, that demonstrate pride and commitment to our community
 
EDUCATION AWARD
Presented to an individual, organization or project that enhances, promotes or supports education in our community
 
ENVIRONMENT AWARD
Presented to an individual, organization or project that enhances, promotes or preserves our local environment
 
HEALTH AWARD
Presented to a local individual, organization or practice for leadership, innovation and excellence in health
 
HISTORY AWARD
Presented to an individual, organization or project that promotes or preserves local history
 
THOMAS E. SCHOMMER SPIRIT OF THE CHAMBER AWARD
