Gerianne has held key and c-suite positions in nonprofit agencies, where she excelled in diversifying fundraising portfolios, building teams, coaching emerging leaders, launching community events, and managing accounts. Locally, she made a significant impact as the Chief Advancement Officer at Villa of Hope and Vice President of Development and Communications at Lollypop Farm. At Mission Advancement Group, LLC, Gerianne helps nonprofits build strategy, raise funds and coach executive teams on building winning culture.
Gerianne was named a RBJ Woman of Excellence in 2026. In 2024, Gerianne was a finalist for the ATHENA International Award. She’s an AFP Certified Global Master Trainer and a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE). She is the past President of Greece Rotary and Penfield Perinton Kiwanis. Gerianne currently serves on the Boards of Hope585, PUSH Physical Theatre and Miss Julie's and the Development Committee at Geva Theatre.
